Sunset Hike
Embark on one of Cockscomb’s most famous trails, the Tiger Fern hike—renowned for its lush, deep jungle scenery and rewarding views. The trail begins gently, then shifts to moderate and finally a little vigorous, leading you to a stunning lookout point with sweeping vistas of the rainforest canopy below.
But the adventure doesn’t stop there. Continue to the base of the trail where you’ll discover a breathtaking double waterfall—a perfect spot for a refreshing dip in cool, fresh water pools.
On the way back, we pause at the summit to witness the sun setting behind the majestic Victoria Peak, Belize’s second-highest peak. As the jungle transitions to night, walk back under fading light with the chance of spotting nocturnal wildlife such as armadillos, pacas, tapirs, or even one of Belize’s elusive wild cats.
